camerilla for month of sept - euro

For anyone that says pivot points don't work, for the month of August the camerilla figures are S3 1.2769, exact to the low on Sept. 01! S4 figure is 1.2701, low on Sept 7, 1.2705! It is only Sept 8 and the low of 1.2650 is already below S4.

The August figures used: High 1.2938, Low 1.2693, Close 1.2836.

Using the classic formula S1 is 1.2707, the low of Sept 7. I just wanted to ask if the range usually stays above the classic S1 for the month. Or can the midpoint to classic S2 is 1.2642, and S2 1.2577 be expected.

Thanks

I don't know the answer to that question but it is the type of question that good traders are always asking. You often see a low or high right at a certain level and say to yourself "how often has that happened in the past?" and by running back tests and building probability tables you get the answers.

My apologies for not having the answers to this question.

Sept 15: Midpoint to S2 (Classic) hit today 1.2630-1.2637. You should change the name of your calculator to the "Psychic Calculator" Looks like S2 soon. 1.2577. Definite buy at 1.2560 though.
Just keep making money out of it!!

Hi mostshark,

It is a little bit difficult to understand your English but from what I understand is that you want to know why different pivot calculators give you different points right? The simple answer is because they use different formula. You can find all of the formula for the pivot calculators on the calculator itself: Pivot Point Formulas
