1) Lobby your Congressman/woman and your Senator(s) to stiffen regulatory penalties (higher fines/ban from the industry) levied by CFTC and SEC against fraudulent vendors. Lobby for criminal prosecution of fraudulent vendors by State and U.S. Attorneys.

Report your case to your state's Attorney General.
