The Tech boom is back - fact or fiction?

I saw a few news comments about the tech boom of the late 90's being back so I threw together a monthly chart of the Nasdaq E-mini. Personally that chart tells me that the tech boom is NOT back. What do you think?

I'm not sure that I will live long enough to see new highs in the techs.....lol...no boom to me.....bust of 15 -20% coming soon I think

Given what a bubble and bust looks like (i.e. left hand side of chart) I struggle to see how we are in a tech bubble "again" now.
