Value Area Lines

I would like to apply value area lines on my 5 min. mini dow chart. My question is are they based on 70% of the volume of prior day's 24 hour period or 8:30 to 3:00 central time?

Traditionally, the Value Area is calculated as 68% of the TPO's during the pit trading session. There is no standard when calculating the Value Area using volume.

day trader gives out the VA numbers everyday and free you would have to pay else where. I for one thank him for it.
