TransAct Data Feed w/ Ensign

Anybody have experience using Transact data feed with Ensign? Pros? Cons?

Transact provides data feed for all futures market. I have been testing the feed for the ES. The tick data is raw and it seems pretty fast, but I have had a few drops or disconnects. If I could get a more solid connection, then I would use it instead of IQFeed and save about $50 a month. I was told by Ensign to contact TransAct to check all my settings, but I just haven't done that yet.

I don't know if using TransAct futures feed is worth pursuing if others are have trouble too. From my experience, the data is good and fast, but connection with Ensign is shoddy.
