Time-pivots

How can I forecast time? Is there a minimum or a maximum time in a intraday cycle in relation with volumes or with price or with previous cycles?

I have searched a software about this, or a formula, but I found nothing. I can identify price-pivots with a good precision, but time-pivots?

Have you an idea?

There are ways of forecasting time what time frame are you interested in? Intra-day, 30min charts or longer term daily charts?

I trade intraday.
I'm interested in 5 -15 - 30 minute.
