Kool why does it have to break the 861.25 low?

BECAUSE OTHER WISE YOU SIMPLY HAVE A HIGHER HIGH AND HIGHER LOW PATTERN FROM 1:44 AND 2:05 ,ETC , not my work just basic technical analysis. that would be construed as bullish ,at least for a while
