Mark Douglas is the author of The Disciplined Trader and Trading in the Zone: Master the Market with Confidence, Discipline and a Winning Attitude. He is, in my opinion, one of the most insightful and talented writers on the psychology of trading.
I think that his second book (Trading in the Zone) is better than the first book, but both are excellent.

ive always been disappointed with mark douglas web site - i think that he could do so much more with it
