House Price Trading

I've been looking for a while but found a company called CityOdds (http://www.cityodds.com) where you can make 1 year predictions on House prices and trade the bet intra-day. I've put a few bets on but the house price index isn't trending much yet. I am bearish and expect to more than double my money on falling house prices.

I'll be checking out the Greater London House price Index on CityOdds too...I'm even more bearish for London
