Will it not be fun to have polls? ( May be the moderator can approve it before a member can post a poll)

It would be nice to have. I have added it to the feature wish list.

In the meantime you could create a poll using something like http://micropoll.com/ and then drop a link in here to get people to vote and then once it is done you can post the results here.
