What is the fastest order execution platform?

Plz help me to find fastest execution order platform, i have looked turbo 2, oec and ninja..don't know which one to choose..Or is there any other fastest execution order platform out there which i don't know..plz help me out..thanks
Is there any indicator out there that tells candles type, such as harami, morning star..etc...

and what is with metatrader? its also fast.
