Spam from PMKing Trading

Just got this spam email from PMKing Trading. How do I end up on these spam lists? Who did he buy my email address from? Whenever I fill in my email address I state don't share it with other companies and check that they don't resell. At the bottom of his email it says that nobody likes spam - and yet he is spamming me?
