US Dollar Index Futures

Hi All,
I have been trying to figure out what times the OHLC, Pivots and Average Range are based from. I am trying to set up a session template in Ninja. Cant seem to find the right times to match the #'s here.
So, what times are these #'s calculated from?

OHLC on the Daily Notes pages are from the all sessions data. i.e. when the markets open around 4:30pm EST to when they close the following day at 4:15pm EST.
