May I ask the reason my friend? Compression/consolidation in USD/CAD started around 12:40 pm and continued till 2:00pm. So what is wrong with me giving a heads up.

Lows can become good buys and sells.Depends whats going on in the market. "Accepting defeat with grace" i.e Stop Loss is another key trait of trading well.
