Yes, this is correct. Take a look at the formula used to calculate the pivots. The formula use the high, low and close. The high and low of the week is the same as the high and low of Friday. The weekly and daily pivots will use the close of the week which in this case is the close of Friday so that will also be the same.
It is unusual that Friday's high and low are also the high and low of the week but that is what has happened in this case.
