Range

The Range is the difference between the High and the Low.

If the high of the day is 12974 and the low is 12904 then the range will be 70.

The Range is typically expressed in points but can sometimes be expressed as ticks. Expressing the range as ticks is usually only done in back testing and should not affect or interest 99% of traders and investors.
