High is lower than Low

Here is an interesting price phenomenon that I haven't seen before. Not sure if the CME is reporting this and eSignal is relaying it on to me or if this is an eSignal error. On 16 March 2007 the E-mini S&P500 September 2007 contract had a high price of 1411.00 and then one tick above that was the low of the day at 1411.25.
