Sp500 - Er2

More and more people says the SP500 and T-Notes are more easy to MP trading
Er2 is not recomended.
But IS real that ??
In opinion and experience, wich is best market to use MP ???

In my opinion you need a liquid market to trade with Market Profile otherwise the profile of the market doesn't accurately reflect the participants. The ES is more liquid than the ER2 so if my opinion is correct then you would do better using MP against the ES than the ER2.
