I keep on reading about "seasoned" hedge fund managers and "seasoned" traders. Exactly how many years does "seasoned" take?

I think that we're looking at someone who's been in the business for at least 5 years. Like any profession, when are they considered seasoned? After you've survived an industry for 5 years then I'm guessing that you can start calling yourself seasoned.
