Russell has worked in financial markets for over 20 years, working for trading desks from Harris Bank to UBS and HSBC to proprietary group Stafford Trading in London. Currently, Russell is a lecturer and Head of Trading Strategy Concentration at the IIT Center for Financial Markets. In addition, Russell provides consultant services to various proprietary trading groups in the Chicago area, developing trading arbitrage/spread based electronic systems.
