Momentum

I trade the ER2 and generally try to take small scalps out of it during times of what I consider to be range trading. Lately, I have been working with momentum in effort to enter trades earlier and try to stay with winning trades longer. Besides the basic Tradestation tools, could anyone suggest any momentum software or specific momentum indicators that would work with Tradestation and help in my situation?
