Where has Innerworth gone?

Does anybody know what has happened to Innerworth?
I just went there today and got a:

message on the home page...

I had a message from them back in February that they were ceasing operations on 2/9. They referred former clients to Marketwise (www.marketwise.com) and that their leading contributer, Michael Shopshire, would be continuing to contribute to that site. Hope this helps.
