sites that give signal for enter and exit in forex

I tried to trade forex via demo account then i felt it is risky but when I heard about some sites that gives signals for enter exit and loss stops i thinked again about the forex i want to know if these ssites are useful or not?
and I want to ask if the site that give signal like www.forex618.net is trusted site they say that they make 360 - 400 pips monthly and r they take .3 $ for every pip and are these sites are useful and if we did not win they will take nothing and if we lose they will do the next month for free

His blog is very quiet. Last posting was on February 25. So not sure how active he is...
