    (10:50 AM) liquidity: the problem withit is that it is affected buy the ADD. So that big move up in the last few minutes could just be a group of stocks moving from down a few cents to up a few cents

    guy003: okay: when you upgrade to 7.9 there are a bunch of really neat features in the ToolPack - stuff I couldn't do with previous versions of eSignal
    guy003: because 7.9 has new stuff that I can use for things like the DVATool
