Popcorn/Geiger Counter audible tick indicator

Has anyone seen or heard of an audible indicator that makes a sound based on the volume of trades ?

I have always envisioned something like a geiger counter that would tell me when things are speeding up or slowing down.

I saw a post somewhere here that mentioned a toll kit with a "popcorn" type indicator that sounds like this but I cannot find the post...

You can swap the sound file for whatever sound file you want so it can emit clicks or popcorn or other sounds.

I use multicharts with IQfeed data so know of a version that will work with this setup ?
