monday is an H.W. Steele turn date! The decline from 873 to 665.75 is 208 points ,so rounding with the decimal is 21 calendar days after march 6...april 6th. Also more recently,THE MOVE FROM 3/26 AT 830.50 the low 3/30 at 775.50 is 55 points..rounding with the decimal gives 6 days after 3/30 gives sun 4/5.
