2 Bar reversal close

Eric Hadik (Insiide track)has aome interesting technical tips. (I don't subscribe to his newsletter but he seems to have a pretty decent track record).
One of them I follow is the 2 bar reversal close.
Look at the fifth 15 min bar on Apr 21 (a lower low which closed above the previous two bars).
This past Friday was another example but it was late in the day for any real movement.

Yes, its a key reversal but with the added weight of a close higher(lower) than not only the previous bar but the one preceding that.
