Scalping Method

I have been trend trading for years and just recently started day trading ES with Ninja. I have been doing morning break outs. I would also like to do some scalping but haven't found any good entry/exit/stop criteria. I know some just draw support and resistance and go with it. Not sure that is the most profitable. I would like to have a good system for scalping. Any recommendations?
