ES is the SP-500 emini futures contract. I'm gonna assume that you were referring to me and my blue background chart that I posted on another thread. As for explaining potential Support and Resistance (S/R) prices or "zones," this shows and explains at least what "I" see and how I arrive at them: (copy/paste link if not "active")
