when i was a kid, i played little league baseball.there was a pitcher on an opposing team who no one could hit. he had an ok fastball but what he had that made him unhittable was a curve ball that did 2 things... it either looked like a fast ball but at the last minute dropped like a rock on home plate and made you look and feel like a doofus for swing at it... or it looked like it was coming at you then curved about 18 inches.......... one day our coach took us aside, swore us to secrecy, then showed us something we all could have seen all along if we had just looked.but until the moment it was explained, none of us had...( think .886 on opening gap on 5 minute only chart) if he was going to throw his fast ball, his pitching hand would be separate from is glove... if he was going to throw drop like a rock curve, his pitching hand would be hidden in glove and he would do high leg kick... 18 inch curve, hand hidden in glove, low leg kick.he never beat us again....

all just geometry... often we can not see it because what we think gets in the way of what we are able to see.while the market was making new highs last week, i was getting sell signals across the board in natural resources, gold stocks, oil, fertlizers( beautiful .886 on gaps) and steel stocks.... something had to give....on another note.very often with the gann type forcast models, the selling pressure will come from a truly unexpected source.....for a forcast to have any weight in my trading, i MUST be able to find the geometry of buy or sell.
