one of the nice things about getting old is if you have had successes in the past you can remember what it felt like at the top before your powers decline. i am at the height of my trading powers.. and as long as i am of no mind and just trade my tools, just be my tools, i will stay there...but the minute i think old geo is more important than the tools, the fall will commence.it was an extraordinary month for the tools and except for a brief moment that you all witnessed when what i thought got in the way i was in synch because of my tools.note in the charts that except for the low on the 4th, ALL turns involved either .886 on gap or a variation of redline green set....on the close on thursday, the sell was in place in IWM, MDY and the setup to rocket price out of the hole was in place in USO...all that was needed to complete the intermarket setup was for the SPY to trade slightly higher into the double barrel shotgun box and for the TLT to gap down just past the X -marks spot. to set up .886 on gap on 5..and there it all was...... in retrospect...WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE A WHOLE MONTH!!!!!! for the tools to work better and better on the small time frames!charts
