i always say that the 3 most influential traders in my work are tim morge, joedd , and jim kane...... but as time has passed the need for exactness in that statement has increased.
flat out, i can not do what i do without a knowledge of jim's work.that is what i tell all who ask.but to those who then assume that they will learn to trade the way i do from reading jim's books i say NO, nothing is futher from the truth.. the way i trade is not in jim's books, it is archived at his forum, acces to which you get when you buy his books.
not a day goes by that i do not use a joed concept in my trading... but i do not trade like joed...
not a day goes by that i do not use work from tim morge that i learned in 2001-2.what he taught then is much different than what he teaches now...
a note on andrews.. he was an engineering graduate from MIT pre computers.my daughter is a recent MIT GRADUATE... everything is computers..70 % of daily trading is computer generated...as you know i trade predefined computer setups of which i have thousands of archived examples of each.it is inconceivable to me, given the genius of andrews work, that if he were a young person today he would not have found and traded the same work that i have found and traded.
