for jim-i know you love the intermarket relationships and watching it all work... but sometimes you just have to take a break...i know that intense short term trading has taken me over the edge on more than one occasion.and i know that i am not alone.
for everyone... perhaps i can say that to jim for 2 reasons. one, i do not need to trade... if i never traded again my life would not change. two, i do not have any sense of who i am tied to trading..rat was right.. you should see my roofs..in my heart of hearts that is who i am.. but that life in the way i loved to live it is no longer available to me..
for ches and rat...i am just the tools.. on friday i was glad to see a lack of gaps.. that meant i had to find other entries.. two time tested are [email protected] at line(IWM) and test and retest after X marks spot(SSO).. when they hit together, that was reason enough to trade.perhaps my edge is my collecting thousands of examples of the same setup and studying them.so yes i do say to myself frequently'' i remember this one ..''
