Whether the Dow is trading up, down, or sideways, there are specific trading setups that can be utilized to take advantage of these market movements. John Carter will discuss trading setups for both investors who are managing their own 401Ks and IRAs, as well as individuals who trade actively each day. Is the Dow going up or down in 2006? John will discuss his specific Dow price projections for the year and the best way to take advantage of these projections in both retirement and actively traded accounts.

About the Speaker
John F. Carter grew up the son of Morgan Stanley stockbroker, was introduced to trading as a sophomore in high school, and has been trading actively for the past 19 years. John has been a full time trader since 1996. In 1999, tired of talking to his goldfish while trading alone in his office, he launched www.tradethemarkets.com to post his trading ideas. Today he has a following of over 10,000 people. John publishes separate daily newsletters for futures/single stock futures, options and equities trading, and, more recently, forex, and he also contributes live market calls to a hotcomm room. He’s a Commodity Trading Advisor with Razor Trading, and McGraw Hill tapped him to write a book entitled Mastering the Trade, newly published in December, 2005. To keep his sanity, John relies on physical activity after the close to deal with the financial swings he and his subscribers encounter. He clears his head running, water skiing, and practicing Tae Kwon Do.
