Market tendency, if near the low from the open, is to rally in 11 to 11:30 EST timeframe. Tendency appears to be strongest if we've had a sell off during the morning.

Well if there was a sell-off in the morning and at 11am the market is near it's low of the day, then there is a tendency for the market to rally for about 30 minutes between 11 and 11:30am.
This isn't my theory and I haven't back tested it. This is what one of the better traders in the chat room uses as one of his filters for taking a long trade at this time.
