Cash Flow from Financing Activities (CFF)

Cash flow from financing activities (CFF) is the net amount of cash and cash equivalents provided by or used in financing activities during a period. Financing activities include activities that result in changes in the size and composition of the company's debt and equity. CFF is one of the three main components of cash flow statement, along with cash flow from operating activities and cash flow from investing activities.
