Calculating the POC, VAH, VAL for YM

Can you tell me how I can calculate the daily POC, VAH, VAL for the Dow Jones Mini (YM) ? i.e if it had been for today's trading on 26th June 08. What criteria would I select on the MP calculator? Thanks

You would change the TickSize to 1 and the Decimal Places to 0 and leave the rest of the settings at their defaults. You would then select all the numbers in the left hand box labeled "Enter Raw High/Low data here" and delete those numbers and replace them with the 30 minute highs and lows for today from 9:30 to 16:15 ET. Separate the highs and lows with a tab, comma, or space and put each high/low pair on a separate line with the high price first.
