I rarely think short these days. I used to think short all the time and it hurt me in the past. I can only keep referring to your helium balloon analogy. It's got to show me something here in order to dig a short.
Sure it hit several lines up there, it got to the 1.27 etc...I just don't see a lot of net selling (if any)

and quite honestly, I am tired of grinding out these short plays where you're lucky to squeeze out 4-5 points...and feel the drones creeping up on you. It's got to be super compelling right now.

the only way the tide's gonna turn is a shock event. If that does not occur we will see new all-time highs pretty soon. That's my opinion.

Well, that being said and agreed upon, this is still in the range of that daily setup, it is option expiration day, and it did just do a finishing move chart signature, so I am watching this very closely. The odds favor continuation if this area is breached, and the next spots are in the 1,100's, but I am not going to get cocky at this spot yet.

Yeah, I almost called this the ES/CL topic today, since a separate topic is too hard for people to keep switching back and forth. So, I think starting Monday I may call it that. I'm just not ready to post CL setups/comments yet, as I don't want to get overloaded, and I don't have CL down cold like I feel I have the ES down (as far as it being natural, where I know it and can set it up almost instantly, and I know its habits).
