Pretty cool stop run and snap back, eh? Now we see here at this .382 area if they really intend to run this or not.

So, while the ES spent hours in a 2 point range, and over 4.5 hours in a 4 point range, CL made mutliple $500-$1,000 swings throughout the day, very smooth and in my opinion very tradable. Those would be the equivalent of 10-20 ES points. Given the margin (not counting the very low daytrading margins some places allow for the ES, but the base exchange margins) are the same ($4,500 for overnight), this is a one-to-one comparison. The ES moves a few points, and CL move 10-20 ES points at the same time, over and over. It's like the ES during the crash, or the old Russell on twenty hits of speed. Unless the ES is on fire, my attention just keeps shifting to the CL more and more.

Here's the last minute push to close at a new high for the move and for the week. Ride that grind.

Okay, that's it for me. Another awesome day for the CL. A great week for the ES off that big ABCD, giving nice bias for intraday trading, as well as a nice play off the area for a 'swing' trade. I can't ask for more than we got this week. But, hey, that's just how I see it, just one man's opinion.
