Read all the posts on ZH about this. Now, many have said it doesn't mean anything, but what it does mean, by every source I've read, is that pension funds, a huge part of the money market (which, recall, was teetering on a massive problem), and many other funds can no longer hold the trillions they have. They will all have to dump it, ASAP, at the same time. Many muni's will also have to dump lots of stuff.

Now, maybe nothing happens, like Y2K. I don't see how that's possible, but you never know. We may have just seen the most important thing we will witness in our lifetimes, maybe even in human history. If this is the seminal event that kicks off the implosion of the $1.6 quadrillion house of cards in derivatives, no amount of FED printing can save it. Unless you think the FED could actually print $1.6 quadrillion to cover it, and there still be some semblance of the world as we know it.

Now, for me, I will be dumbfounded, flabbergasted, if the Dow is down any less than 1,000 on the open on Sunday, and I would expect gold to open at $2,000+. No, no sarcasm, I said I was going to lay off that for awhile. Again, maybe the market opens up. Who can tell given how insane things have been since the free market was replaced by the centrally planned market. But, if there is any rationality to the market and the world, this should be the trigger for Armageddon. No exaggeration. I'm just concerned the dollar will be zero in short order. Bank runs, bank holidays, currency collapses, it may all be started already...

It's about time this worthless game comes to an end. The only thing I hope for is that the people who are responsible for all this are going to pay for it and suffer the most and not us.

When the suffering hits and they all skate, scot free, I'll come back and ask you how that wish is going. I don't see a single one of them paying at all. But, we can hope, can't we?

Yeah you're probably right. But I'll keep the faith that eventually the truth prevails even if we might not live to see it. Considering that they have gotten away with selling bullshit as if it was pure gold for so long their days will eventually be numbered....

I agree that the truth will come out, but they will keep all they've stolen, and they won't be prosecuted. They will make it look like they've suffered the most of anyone, and the sheep will be appeased. They'll scapegoat, they'll pay a few off to take minor falls, same as always. The game wouldn't be the game if all that wasn't in place already. It's been going on since the beginning of time.

It's like the end of the third Matrix movie, you thought the 'good guys' would win, Neo, 'The One', would prevail, and the bad guys would fall, crushed into oblivion. That was the hope of the downtrodden at the end of the first movie. Why, oh why, couldn't they have stopped there? Leave us with our false hope. But, no, they had to show the truth, and we see, in the end, the downtrodden never had even the slightest hope.

They were, indeed, just slaves, just cattle, and had zero chance to overthrow the enslavers. Such as it is now. Even after the Armageddon, the same rulers, behind the scenes, will own us. Time will show this to be the case. Prison Planet. Sorry. I wish it wasn't so.
