Beginning of this week may be really exciting given election results in Greece and France.

Okay, this should be its own topic, entitled 'The End'. Recall I was saying the end of the bull was likely at hand, when Facebook IPO'ed. I likened it to the updated version of the updated version of the magazine cover with the bull on it. Next we had the world's tallest building that marks the end of the bull. Now we have Facebook as the new 'world's tallest building', so to speak. Well, get this.

We all know 'they' say when AAPL finally gives way, it's the final end. It will be, 'they' say, the last of the last of the crazy high-flyers to give it up. Well, I just read something today that tells me the end must be getting close for AAPL. It's actually been going on for awhile, but just making it 'public' now. Zoos are now giving iPads to monkeys! Monkeys!!! (Technically apes, which are not monkeys, but monkeys sounds funnier, and more understandable I think, when you hear it.)

They are using them to communicate. They are also instituting a program where monkeys can 'visit' with lost relatives that got moved to other zoos. What's next? Facebook accounts for them? I see no reason why not. Soon we will have zoo monkeys on Facebook using their iPads. And I'm serious! If that doesn't mark the end of AAPL and Facebook, their peaks, nothing ever will. Is this world insane, or what?

I recall decades ago a big push in zoos nationwide was to change over how animals were housed. No more concrete and bars, it was a move to more natural enclosures that allowed for natural behaviors. An attempt to recreate their wild existence, instead of a prison approach. Now we have monkeys getting ready to sign up for Facebook on their iPads so they can keep in touch with their relatives. Are you F'in serious?

The ES is moving up very nicely off its ABCD. Now we see if it can sustain, as it hits into an area of 'stiff resistance'. They are acting like they want to get it moving on up, so let's see if they are serious.

And that's why I called it 'stiff resistance'.

And right down to the same line that sent the ABCD up, and up it goes. Line to line to line, area to area to area. Just amazing.

Readers should check last week's topic for some posts made over there, I assume accidentally, but please post any current material in here.

What a run into the futures close, right off an area (look at that ABCD, with a DB ABCD in the BC leg!). I think that run has some significance. This is the kind of behavior I see a lot of times right before a frenzy starts. Maybe not this time, but it's on the table for me to watch for now after this move.

Jim, I could copy the posts rat and I made "out-of-sequence" in the previous week's section, about six of them, by "quoting" each of them in their entirety and reposting them properly in this week's section. That would be duplicating effort, but it would save other forum members from searching last week's sections, if they were interested. I do not know if that would be more or less confusing. I would be glad to repost them, if you want.

Okay, the SPY just set a new low for the move, exactly as I thought.
