Has it 'based' enough now on this ABCD area, and it's time to move up? I keep hoping the downtrend will resume. I'm such a dreamer...

we have a two day sharp move down, followed by a recovery of exactly half in a day....most of what I see today is selling, with squirts of large blocks on the buy side....fascinating, really...
