Euro stopped at a very interesting area, showing some potential for reversal: bullish ABCD (H4) zone at the same price level as grouping derived from bearish ABCD on D1, at the top of B point and daily MA(50).

Okay, the way is now cleared to blast it way up into the close. They shook it down hard, got all the suckers, every last one, and now they are toast. KIG.

This is going to shock me if it does, indeed, close in this range. I would consider that extremely odd. Not that that hasn't happened to me before, but it's relatively rare. And it makes no real sense to me. Anyway, I'm just bored hanging out, doing nothing, so I posted every little thought I had on every little wiggle. Not really that useful.

I've been thinking about an idea. I'd say the chances are less than 1% that I'll actually do it. But, I'm pondering it. As everyone knows, I tend to be obsessive. One of the reasons I don't show up in here until near the end of the trading day is that, as you can see, once I start, I can't stop sometimes. (The other reason is that the fast morning action requires a lot more concentration (and I'm still groggy) than the slower afternoon action.) That's why I try not to check e-mails during market hours, or until the market settles down. I get caught up in that and can't concentrate.
But, I've been thinking I might try to post in the morning a little instead. Now, since probably over half the readers are in Europe, I like to post around the European session. I like the open of that session, and I like to post for those readers, too. It's slow action, so it's easy posting for me. Mornings see a lot of great stuff, but I can't post it, it happens too fast and I need to be focused. So, I can be in here, but still not providing good content.
The other thing is (and you can see some of this in the archives, although I can't tell you where) the few times I tried this, I wound up posting from bell to bell, so many posts I can't count them all. And I looked back and said to myself 'Hey, weren't you supposed to be trying to trade?' All I wound up doing was posting. I got so caught up in that that I forgot I am supposedly trying to trade. Hence, I pulled back from it, vowing never to get sucked in again.
Now, I'm debating it once again. I'm not even sure why (I think I'm angry with myself for lack of discipline in any area...). I seem to be very, very disciplined at some things, and at others I struggle. One thing I struggle with is posting. Another is keeping to a set time for a mentoring session. Sometimes after five or even six hours I don't want to quit. I'm still going full throttle. Then the next few days I pay dearly for overextending myself so much.
So, I was thinking, let's say the plan is I try to post the first few hours. Then I close the forum out of my browser. No more posts. Not after the market, no European posts. Quality, but not quantity. My American readers will say 'Great!' and my European readers will probably not be as enthused, but you never know. The issue is, can I stick to it? I'm thinking not.
I'm thinking I'm setting myself up for failure, since I know my strengths and weaknesses, and being disciplined with posting or e-mails during market hours is something I just can't seem to master. So, I go to 'Plan B' and try to avoid setting myself up like that. I guess that means I am thinking I might try again, although I'm not feeling particularly disciplined lately in this regard, and if I fail I'll just go back to what I do now. I thought I'd at least mention that I am pondering this...

I'm shocked. No grand plan on their part, just a lot of looks like it was going to blast either way at any second. How odd.

Read the links in this (and scroll up and read the article if you want). It's a 'glitch' in human nature that I simply don't understand (and I've been studying it intensively for years) why there isn't total panic, riots in the streets, and so on, like in many other countries. We will not do anything, as a populace, it seems, until we have a total collapse, then we'll be left with ruins and rubbish, and we'll all be saying 'What happened? No one could have seen this coming... What bad luck this is.'
