One area for gold.
And two for the Pound.

Bloomberg is running a headline that says analysts bearish calls hit a nine-year high. Say what? Analysts are the most bullish I have ever seen. Recall a few days back when all the analysts calls for 2014 were being discussed, and the low end was -5%, and most were for up quite a bit. So, analysts are now more bearish than they were approaching the 666 low in '09? Really? Seriously? I think they meant the most bullish. That is just plain stoo-pid. Analysts super-bearish right now? I haven't seen a single bearish analyst. Stoo-pid.

BTW, I think they said Buffet is up 658,000% since '64. That's not too bad.

That's 19,65% per annum, compounded. Doesn't look vey impressive but doing it for 50 years in a row is really something extraordinary.
Excellent result.

The ES is all set to rise rapidly now and make all that loss back. Let's see if it does.

Just got up to do a quick check. So, will the ES be at 38 tomorrow, or close the gap? I suspect one or the other. Anything less will shock me. I have been shocked before, but, in my opinion, not often.

I sure would like to do this 'live' in a voice chat, but I'm not sure what good it would do, who it would help. But when I'm really reading it, it seems like it would be cool to do this. I think, though, it might distract me. I tried a chat room again a few years back, something that I could do with ease while concentrating (I can't do anything during the first few hours, only the slower later day when I have a mind map of the action and it's more robotic), but I didn't last five minutes. I'm not sure how voice chat would be...
