For my overseas readers, the above is a roofer expression that means, basically, things are doing what they always do, what follows naturally: 'And so it goes...' It isn't a direct translation in this case to 'There goes the market.' It's a different meaning than 'There it goes!' when the market takes off. This is idiomatic, so I thought I'd explain.
