Yes, I have been watching (and having strong upside trading bias) that 1.10 area in the Euro. It's a huge monster. If it gives way, it may shoot to the low 120's area. Yes, there are things along the way, but it may imply the move is under way. Gold and silver are rocketing, and crude may 'break out'. Greece seems 'solved'. We'll see.

ES is doing my expected swoooooooooooooosh into the close off the key area there after the little bounce 'retest'. I'm waiting to see if this area here around 5.50 produces the snap bounce.

TL hit. 1.1050-60 is a heart of the area where it is heading to, although it's a much broader one.

There is an obvious TL just above 1.10 which may be saved for tomorrow, but I will watch how it reacts after this flat ABCD.

Looks like the Euro wants to go straight to that low 120's area, no messing around. I guess it has to be, since the Euro short/dollar long was the largest of any trade in history, so I have heard. It just couldn't play right out. Same as crude, which was also a monster short position. And look at it go! I think the downtrends will resume in earnest, but maybe not for awhile, maybe even years, who knows. Seems like the EU/Euro currency is never going to break up. Somehow I feel like it will happen the day after I die, just to deprive me of living to see it.

It was amazing to me how the Euro coiled on that 1.10 area on say the 15-min chart, then simply exploded, came in for the backtest, and left it behind in a hurry. It's exactly what I was expecting, as mentioned before.

Armstrong seems to be lining up with my views as far as the Euro. It's all necessary so people will love the Euro again, then the descent to below 80 can unfold as things fall apart. When the SHTF it's going to make 2008 look like a walk in the park on a sunny day.
