It appears to 'see' this bounce area here. But I'd think it would start heading on up regardless, at least for some more. Maybe not, though. I'd be fine with that. I'd be fine with ES 375, though...

It is soooooooooooooooooo weak. I wonder if tomorrow it will be sooooooooooooooooooooooo strong, and make it all back? For now, though, it saw, and seriously, the very first lowest timeframe area and reacted strongly. Now let's see if this is a 'retest', or if the bigger area isn't going to hold it up. Is this an 'add on' spot? We shall, indeed, see.

My gut says it weakens more into the close, or just sits right on the low end of this, and closes super-weak looking.

And there it is, weak and right at the low into the cash close. Once it tipped its hand off that first bounce spot it was pretty clear to me it would not keep rising at that point. Now that it has a shake 'em out deep 'retest', well, now maybe it can start a bigger pop up. But we need to dump this pig hard to stop the rate rise in bonds, get them fleeing there, to put the final top in bonds into the fall, then the sovereign default dominoes can fall, and the market can double. That's the preferred scenario, anyway.

Yawn. Just checking on things, then back to bed. Crude is just relentless. The 'short-covering' is just nuts. This doesn't deter my view that it will likely see the low 30's. That's not a prediction', just something the technicals say could easily be in the cards, after a bounce that has everyone wildly bullish on crude again. The ES is getting close to telling me if this area is going to hold and send it right back up again. It looks for all the world like 'up' is all it has in mind. I'm curious to see if that's a trap, or if it's really willing to tip its hand this obviously. See ya manana.

Euro stopped just 4 ticks below 1.1280 posted yesterday.
I have two area, around 1.1205 and 1.1160-80.. although they are not very harmonic.
Sorry for lack of chart, but again I'm having troubles with saving them on my office notebook.

It produced a nice reaction of the first level creating potential ABCD to the second range. We will see.

It went straight to 1.1350 instead. That might be it for today.

Playing the Euro long over and over (and over and over) is about the easiest trading I have seen in as long as I can remember. We are getting close to the point where people are back to the dollar is trash and the Euro is going to be the new world reserve currency. Those feelings should be complete in the low 20's. Hard to imagine the Euro is likely (in my opinion) going to break 80, and maybe even 60, huh?
