The Pound is just below a huge area at 1.5260.

If it is not going to spend too much time on correction, the next level up is around 1.5370.

That is in line with support areas posted today for the Cable, especially the last one. That is why I posted it below your comment on ES ready to dump.

And the curious part about that is the protocol is 'buy the rumor, sell the news'. It's all supposed to be 'priced in'. But this is acting like it's not priced in, like they don't believe the Fed will actually move. So if they do then they react, and the dollar jumps? But if the dollar jumps, the ES should jump, the way it's been correlating lately.

I hope so. I see USD positioned to rise vs the Euro and the Pound, but it's still cannot start...

Yes, I was just thinking how an 'overnight' swing of 10% in a primary staple of the entire industrialized world doesn't even draw a mention basically anywhere. Like that kind of volatility is normal, fine, etc.

If you are a mathematician/engineer you've seen this before and know what happens.

Such oscillation always precedes a crash, and I don't mean markets only, of course.

Interesting. I'm not sure how accurate, but it seems to be.

Yes, exactly. I've tried to come up with a term, but haven't. It's like the opposite of a 'damped harmonic'. Like the old 'megaphone' chart pattern, and we all know how that one ends.

The idea, from a physics standpoint, is that the system is getting increasingly unstable with each oscillation, until the system collapses/breaks apart. Kind of what I expect (and have been expecting for a long time) for the entire world system.
