Anyway, I think the only odds play on the ES right now is long. Long, or out.

Let me be clear. My viewpoint here is nursing a short on some 'in case', but I realize the likely futility in that, and I can see it being done before I finish this post.

I also realize, though, that if they are going to let this drop, they will want to shake everyone out first. But I really feel the urge to be long, and with a big position. Now I ponder if this is just what they want it to look like so they can shake everyone out and drop it. This one is tricky. I usually just stand aside when it's not extremely clear.

They so want to gun this into the close. I feel like I'm on the mechanical bull at Gilley's. They want everyone off this. I can't get any read at all about the direction. I simply can't see it at all right now. Wow, are they good.

Okay, this is good. But, the really interesting part is they made me think, even as I knew the games they were playing, that it was finally going to pop, and then they took it to new lows. Like I said, for me, this is just a ride the short with a partial and try to stay on the mechanical bull as they try to shake everyone out first play, but they really did a great job making me crave being heavy long. Oh, well, they didn't get me. But they more than succeeded in making me want it...
