Spec-frickin'-tacular trading action today once that opening period shook itself out, in my opinion.

Yeah, and Armstrong says 33.60 is the critical month end number for crude. Close over that and expect an explosive rally. Is that the 11:30 AM Eastern time RTH futures close, or end of the month at midnight via the futures? And let's talk about that 11:30 AM RTH close. So, a few minutes before the close it was trading 33.22. An easy close below the key level, indicating serious upcoming bearishness. But, all of the sudden it explodes, and closes the RTH at 33.82. This is one of the reasons I tend to put some value into Armstrong's numbers. I have seen too many times how they seem to produce responses right near the critical close (weekly, monthly, whatever it is). So, if he thinks the RTH is the critical one, get ready for a big explosion in crude. A rally to knock your socks off. That's something I am not up for, especially because the ES will likely follow. And just when I was hoping the bear had a chance...

As posted last week. Cable made it to 1.3840.
1.3960 is next, but it will mark only the end of the first corrective impulse, I guess. Pound may need a larger correction than this.

I had a very busy office day, but at least I came back home early enough to see what is going on.

Well, that was a great trading week in my opinion. It was a lot different posting during the RTH, that's for sure. I remember now, for the umpteenth time, why I don't do it, especially in the first two hours. I still can't stop myself from over-posting like I was running a live chat service. But, for now, I plan to try and do some more of it next week. Hopefully, I'll be able to temper it a little, but probably not.
